I have ordered food on 29-04-2019 9:10 PM and now it is 11:45 PM but still not received. Called to hotal Mumum, Chennai, OMR, he is saying delivery boy is on the way. I called 20 number of times and every time he is saying the same.
I have called to Zomato on 011 30806376 but no response.
Zomato given 36 RS for inconvenience caused…what they think by giving some money they will escape.
Now I have received it by 21:43 PM and not sure from where he provided this. The packing is of Norbiton Sandwich Shop.
Request Zomoto to take necessary action against hotel owner as well as the responsible person
