Order number 1512542050.after inordinate delay of order I received my food cold and stale  .Also food quality was pathetic.curry was having fungus like texture with very bad smell . veggies were also not fresh .all in all very disappointing experience.

Kindly refund me my amount  instead of credits.Zomato itself has admitted of foul and bad food quality.i won’t be accepting anything less than refund in original mode of payment.

Now they have blocked my account but they themselves admitted their fault and told me they will unblock it .I am attaching email where Zomato promised me to unblock my account

Zomato is desperate to loot customer money and my first order from Zomato has turned to be disaster.
