Hello Team,
My zomato order number was 4105415495.I had ordered the food for my cousin and waited almost for about 45 minutes. Was even tried calling delivery agent mutliple times and had called the customer care support guy ameer as well.
Issues I had faced about this order :
1.The delivery guy did not called or informed about the orde to the number i provided. He said he reached the address but not sure with whom he connected he was confirming that we cancelled the order lol..
2. My order was cancelled straight way without intimating.
3.customer care called me and kept conference with the delivery partner and understood that there was clear misscommunication from your end and delivery guy might went to the wrong person and had asked about the order .
4. The customer care agent was very careless didn’t answered my any of the query at all .he just left my all conversations Seen and blocked my chat abruptly. Such a pathetic customer care service ever in the history.
5. I was not been refunded the amount neither apologiesed for the mistake happened from your end neither given any thing which i spend 186 rs amount. Straight away i spend amount for nothing infact got troubled and spent my whole time
Very careless behaviour of customer customer care service and looted my money i wish no customer should never face this type of issues in future.
They block your chat without solving query and delivery agents directly cancel order without intimation.
Sadly I will never going to order again from zoamto and will spread this issue to my friends and all my known people that Zomato customer care is very unsupportive and they abruptyly declined
