Text of Complaint by Sushmita Agrahari:

I ordered food from zomato on 11th august 2023, 8:57 pm,as i was in the train so before giving the order i asked the restaurant owner whether he provide me the delivery to the train or not then he told me Zomato delivery boy will do that after getting assured from the restaurant i ordered the food but the zomato boy refused me to delivered on train and didn’t provide me the refund which amounts 1164.50. This is the worst service i have ever faced on zomato, i raised a complaint but they denied me to provide the money, i asked them to cut a cancellation charge but they started ignoring. If this happen then anyone can looted us easily.
