Hi,
I have ordered food from Zomato on 1st Dec’19. I wanted to order a different food and by mistake ordered the other one.
I haven’t got any prompt that they will not refund the amount. I immediately contacted customer service team. They said they will initiate the refund and it will get credited within 4-5 business days.
I have contacted Zomato team n number of times about the refund. They are just giving the time frames. Few days ago, I have interacted with a customer service representative. He said that if I didn’t get the refund within 24-48 hours, he will schedule a callback from the supervisor.
I have waited for 3 days. I have contacted Zomato team today regarding the same. Now, they are telling that they don’t have access to escalate or to schedule a callback from the supervisor.
Im very much frustrated about the service that they are providing.
They should have inform that I will not get a refund. Im just going around the circles with Zomato.
Its been almost a month. They are just giving the false expectations and promises.
