i have ordered one Paneer dish, one jeera rice, one boondi raita and 7 chapaties from zomato, boondi raita’s cost was 70 rupees, when i received my order then raita was missing, i have called the restaurant and told him that i have not received one item so he said zomato will refund it, i have texted zomato but there was no response same day, next day their executive said that i will get 70 zomato credit in 24 to 48 hours, their mistake is that i am not getting my money in my account, its been a third day that i have not received their credit, still i am chasing them, and couple of times before the same thing happened with me
