This has happened twice lately. I ordered food from zomato. They have this new multiple delivery thing going on where they are making cycle riders deliver to 2 different locations which are very far apart. The poor delivery guys are not being able to keep up and the deliveries are running late. And when i tried to contact zomato, they are always sending a message stating no one is available for chats and you will be contacted in the next 24 hours. They are not even allowing me to cancel my orders. Please take some serious action against them, as its not just the customer, but the delivery person is also suffering.
