Zomato team charges double tax on food items and rounds up the amount instead of keeping the charge as is or round down.
When asked for refund they provide with a promo code of smaller amount and with an expiry date.
This is unfair as the hard earned money will either get expired or customer will end up paying more money to zomato in order to save that amount.
This is becoming a serious issue as the refunds can be initiated digitally within 24-48 hours.
