On the day 9th October there was heavy rain and I was assigned an multi order when I was going for pickup there was no way to reach restaurant full of water on road and full traffic jams so I request help from zomoto help center and they canceled the both order from there and that time my ID got terminated my fe ID is 885154 plz help me
