Hi
I made an order through zomato today at 8:53pm and for more than an hour the delivery status was showing at 22mins but the valet did not reach the restaurant even after an hour. I was trying to chat with the customer care but all in vain. They do not value time and money. I was staring for last 1:30 hrs and finally as a simple solution zomato had cancelled my order after 1:30 hrs.
