I ordered and the cancelled the food from Zomato within a minute however by mistake I paid the amount as it was by mistake however when checked with Zomato rep they did not refund the amount and was told the food was already prepared so could not refund the amount. asked to check on the website its mentioned about the cancellation.
It is total harassment.
Please take a stern action against such app food vendors as they harass the public.
They gave me a excuse that the norms are mentioned on the website believe me People will not read all the details before ordering it.
