I have placed an order today (6th April 2022) around 12:50 afternoon estimated delivery is 68 mins. Zomato app did not work in between and the delivery guy said to cancel the order. I tried to cancel the order through Chat around 2:30, but it was not responding. there is no customer care number for Zomato. The delivery guy came around 3:50PM, I refused to take the order, and I told him to cancel it. Finally, he updated the order as delivered even though I refused. Without customer care how can I cancel the Order? how can they expect me to eat at 4PM when I ordered the food before 1PM. Be low are the screenshots I captured.
