Hi
My name is Syed , I wanted to place a complaint about my order number 2913933136..

1 full Bird grilled chicken was ordered and received 1/2 Bird tandoori chicken which was also uncooked ..

The very minute i received the order , I tryed calling the Restaurant but the number given on your app for the restaurant was wrong .. then I called the driver (Santosh) he said he can’t help call the customer service ..

Then I chatted with the coustomer service for hours but they never wanted to help not was ready for a refund .at the end the lady from Zomato support called me and said she is unavailable the reach the restaurant so I should trying chatting the support after 2 days and when I did the support asked me to write a email..

I hope the Zomato as a company should take the responsibility of the money paid under Zomato name ..
