I placed an order my Zomato at 12:45pm on 19 July. I didn’t get order at the expected time. I have been trying to reach Zomato customer support. They are just assigning the bot which hardly understands my query. No way I can reach an actual customer support person. On the app, it is showing as food being prepared but when I called restaurant itself they say food has been prepared long ago. Just that no one has come to pickup. Zomato is lying to our faces by blaming restaurant in this case. I am trying to reach over mails twitter. No response everywhere
