This has not just happened once or only with me. I place an order, it says it’s getting prepared but I don’t get the food delivered. Instead I get a message “Sorry your order could not get fulfilled because no one’s available to deliver it” really??
First of all zomato take 45-60 minutes on an average to deliver any order then at last I get delivered these SmS..wow.. isn’t that a clear picture of negligence and mental torture?? People wait for it an hour and then they have to search again and go through the same procedure again. It sucks…
