Hi,
I binita sahu ,a customer of zomato. Tonight i ordered chicken hyderbadi biryani from potful restaurant through zomato app. the biryani delivered was not fresh indeed it was reheated food . Biryani was full chilled. Soon we asked zomato for help regarding our order but they were helpless saying that they are not able to contact the restaurant. We asked for refund but they are not refunding and taking the matter lightly.When we asked zomato agent through chat that we want to talk to customer support executive then they denied saying they don’t have such service.
Need your assistance for the same.
