Hi,
This is regarding an order placed on zomato.I have ordered many items where as in one item is not good. So, I went to chat and provided the info to the zomato customer service and they in return stated that they provide zomato credits with max wait time of 24-48 hours. After a wait of 48 hours they just say that u need to wait for business days not usual days. They respond to chat after 20 minutes and say we regret ur service like a bot.
I do not expect much morr as a customer, I am asking for what I have paid forfor.
