Text of Complaint by adhish:

I placed the order from zomato from a friends phone. it was a cash on delivery order. i received the order and paid for it. But the order status is cancelled on the app. I have raised the issue with them, but they have only one reply to all my mails. After receiving the order also i am asked to pay again for their fault. i am attaching the copy of emails and my whole complained explained in the email. order number is 1056070968
