Text of Complaint by Decendra:

received a call from zomato team in somewhere around may 2019 in which the calling person stated that you can have zomato gold membership which will never expire and i paid for the membership through zomato application after which i received a mail from zomato where details related to my membership are given. Now in 2023 i received a mail that membership is expired although i never used it. After complaining to zomato team , they said sorry for inconvenience but we can’t refund.
