Hi Team,

I would like to submit a complaint against Zomato for not giving me the discount as shown on the mobile app. Please refer the Zomato complaint #1906422929, I have already shared screenshot of the concern mentioning that the app didn’t accept the promo code and showed ‘no coupon codes required’ for discount. After order and regular follow ups I am not getting any positive response or discount as shown on mobile app.

Zomato chat support is very disappointing, need your intervention here. The app clearly mentioned ‘no coupon codes required’ even after trying for discount code but I did not get any discount.
