Hi Team,

 
1) 1 Order half delivered 
2) 1 order wrongly cancelled and charged
3) Unresponsive team on my issues

I stay hungry on a night with my 400 bucks stuck with your app, the app that I would never use in future. A headache that was aggravated because of constant fight of 2.5 hours but still no food and money till the end.

Special thanks to your valet for not delivering the order and outright denying to get the complete order, Customer care representative who was full of attitude and had the audacity to tell me that they will keep the phone and can’t help, and liar customer care representative who told me that I will not be charged for the cancelled order. To put things in perspective, the order was delivered at the right address so don’t  give me lame reason that it the address provided was wrong. Check address for both the orders. Istay hungry for the night with 500 bucks stuck with this shitty app.

You need to provide a resolution to my satisfaction:

1) Refund INR 245 for the first order

2) INR 200 being reversed for the second one

3) Refund of Zomato Gold membership

You just can’t turn a deaf ear after such an harassment from your entire team.
