Delivery Partner ID is blocked due to frequent cancellation.
ORDER ID: 2609965567
Customer Ordered (PLATE SHAWARMA) but in restaurant customer ordered recipe is not available and finally customer cancel the ordered.
Here what i’m DELIVERY PARTNER what i done wrong why ZOMATO blocked my ID. Is this right way process.
This is second time done for me. If I contact Team Leader they talked to me unnecessary word to me. I have proof of call records.
Kindly help me for this process. It will help in future for all DELIVERY PARTNERS.
