Text of Complaint by Rizwan ahmad:

  1. Zomato just cancelled my pizza order after confirming the payment and all then sent me a message saying your order is cancelled and your refund will be reflected back in 5-7 days.
  2. I was waiting for my order but with no reason they cancelled.
  3. When i tried to contact them they are saying due to some technical issue.
  4. But due to their online technical issue I had to suffer
  5. I need compensation against this issue on immediate basis
  6. The customer care agent coordinating with me was Urooj
