I had to send a gift via swiggy genie for the first time. My phone showed that pickup guy was arriving at my home . At that time a Zomato delivery guy reached my house . On asking from him if he’s here to take parcel , he confirmed yes and took the gift packet from me. As he went , 5 minutes later the actual swiggy genie pickup man arrived . I was confused and later realized the earlier Zomato delivery guy ( who pretended to be parcel man ) had actually stolen the gift packet .He didn’t return it .
