Why am I being charged despite the fact that I had responded to all the calls as well as called the delivery person from my end as well?
Why am I being charged when the delivery boy did not deliver thr food to correct address and imstead cancelled the delivery?
I had contacted support team thst day itself and they told me my amount would be refunded within 24hrs!
I had called delivery boy 4-5 times and also guided him with respect to the delivery address.Please note that the address was correct stating lohegaon, however delivery boy went to wagholi,thats a whole mess!
I was guiding him to the path and what I get after few mins is order being rejected and now being charged for unreasonable stuff.

This is Christina here from Bangalore.Yesterday(12/08/2020) I ordered food from Punjabi Food hotel in RT Nagar and Zomato app displayed Vishwanathan delivery boy will pick the order and deliver. After one hour I call and find out that the order has not reached and the delivery boy says he has not accepted any order and the hotel guy says he is waiting for the Zomato delivery boy & food is ready. How does this work ???
I called JustDial took Zomato Customer Care number and they told they will refund the money. Today morning 13/08/2020. The same number I got 2 fraudulent calls stating they will refund directly to my account through google pay immediately and sent a link from google forms and instead of refunding Rs.592/- they deducted Rs.1,775/- from my account.
The fraudulent calls received from these numbers – 9832891662 & 8391804203
Please investigate into this and also refund my cash of total Rs.2,367/-
