I have ordered a food from zomato and wrote the address of nearby location because I was not from that city that’s why i don’t know the correct location so I have written nearby famous location after some time the delivery boy has called us then he was on that nearby location I told him to go in the house number which I told him but he refused to go there side and I requested him plz go but he refused. Then the zomato customer care has called us that they has cancelled our order because we are not receiving the delivery boy call ,that delivery boy has lied to zomoto customer care that we are not receiving the call and our order was canceled. Plz plz help us for the payment process plz help us for refunding that payment
