I am zomato pro customer for which they charge money and they say that consumers will get quick delivery after not delivering the food even after an hour. I have to raise complaint to them and then also i got food after another 45 minutes. For this service they tried to give me coupon worth 87 rupee. But my concern is why a pro customer have to go through all this hussle after paying so much money.
