Text of Complaint by Proyansh:

I requested my food today on  2 Feb with “not to add onion” instructions . Order was delivered on time but food had onions.

I requested customer service to replace my order but they said they are unable to replace it since restaurant is not answering.

I asked for my money back and they refused my request.

I have not received what i ordered and zomato should return my money back. Currently they are refusing to return my money back.
