Text of Complaint by Aakanksha Agarwal:

On date 8 Feb, i had placed an order on Zomato
Order number : 1157575657
Payment: Online
Unfortunately after waiting for 1 hour the status in the app showed that the order is yet to receive. On enquiry it was known that my order was cancelled.
Further the app still continued showing that the food is yet to be received after approx. 2 hours the app suddenly showed the delivery was made.
Again when i called the zomato, i was suggested to call the Dominos ( where the order was placed) according to the call is was known that the order was cancelled.
I further tried complaining on the app, also mailed them personally on their mail id. Order@zomato.zohodesk.com
After long conversation it was conveyed that the error has been occured due to the Dominos due to which order was cancelled and yet they haven’t returned back the amount and the app still continues to show that the order was delivered.
I have also attached the conversation on the mail.
