Text of Complaint by Aaryaman Gupta:

The order was place at around 6:30 and at the time of placing the order the delivery time was mentioned 8:08pm. At 8:30 I called the delivery guy and he told me that my order was ready and he was waiting for some other customers order for an hour. The restaurant confirmed that the same was true. The zomato exec called me and told the order hadnt been prepared, which was a complete lie. They wasted 3 hours of my evening mis-representing, and intentionally lying about the details and then later just refunded the money without any food. I need compensation for the time wasted, and the inconvenience caused, as nothing in that transaction happened according to what was promised. Order no. 5045009206
