I had made an order from Zomato and the money got deducted from my account immediately. While checkochbaxkc with Zomato app I found that the items were still in cart and that the restaurant never received my order nor did Zomato confirmed the order. I tried reaching out to the customer service but there was no response whatsoever! This sounds more like a conning business to me for extracting out money from customer.
