I ordered 2 pastries and zomato driver bought the box in a bad condition where the box was upside down. When i contacted zomato cs, all they mentio ed that give zomato an exception and apologized. They didnot gave a refund neither replacement order. They disconnected the chat as well. I chatted with escalation desk and he refused to transfer to his manager, dis ot gave his complete name or id to further escalate the issue. Pathetic service. Everyone should stop ordering from zomato. If you have ordered something, if simething goes wrong, they will only apologize thats it.
