Text of Complaint by Rachel Rodrigues:

I placed an order from Zomato for Dominos. Due to elections the delivery guy was unable to deliver a part of the order.

Since the order was pre-paid I expected a refund for the same at the earliest. I contacted the zomato customer care and they assured me a refund within 48/72 hours.

It’s been a week and they haven’t initiated a refund nor have they tried to inform us with any further updates about the order.

Furthermore the delivery guys are so disrespectful. They’re very unprofessional and have a poor choice of speech. They would even say mean things to you out of anger.

I seriously don’t think that we deserve this kind of treatment. We are paying for the service and it is their duty to deliver. Yet they treat you like it was a huge favor and also insult you.
