Since I am sick right now thought of ordering soup to help my cold but the soup which came was so salty.
The moment I had soup after 5 to 7 minutes I started sending messages to them where ont heir chat window waiting time came of 15minutes but they gave reply not even after 25mins.
When they gave finally reply saying this won’t be repeated in my next order. But they didn’t give any reply for the replacement. When I have paid for the food well in advanced don’t I deserve to eat if not good but not salty food when I am sick.
This soup is making me feel puckish. Further I don’t even want to mention what all things they have put in the soup. Its just way too salty to have it.
And this wasnt a first time bad food quality I had. This time also I was hesitant to order from Zomato but I had no option since its late and I am sick.
