I trying to book order and mistakenly cash on pay is click and order booked and then within 2-3 minutes I try to cancel the order and then I find options to cancel it and quickly cancel it and again try to order they correct order and came to know they already added penalty to me for the same.is it relevant that mutton Biryani is ready in 2-3 min and they had loss for which they claiming me.
Due to some mobile issue the order is mistakenly clicked and within 2-3 minutes order cancelled and within that duration they claimed that order is complete and ready and you need to pay 500 rupees which is not correct how the rule is there that within 2-3in time the customer will not cancel order which he had mistakenly click and now they asking me for penatly
