I had placed an order through Zomato with The Curious Rest Bar for three items on May 25th, 2019 and was charged Rs. 773.50 for it.
Their partner refused to deliver the food to my location, which had been clearly provided as the address of my house.
I requested for him to deliver, even the Zomato customer care executive made the same request, but the delivery partner Dnyneshwar Sabale did not agree citing that the location is ending some distance away from my house.
I therefore requested for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be made.
However, although Rs. 773.50 had been charged to me, I received a refund of Rs. 386.75 only. I need an explanation for this part refund.
