Text of Complaint by Kartik Singh:

I have placed an order on the date of 19-06-2019 at 5:55AM and received my order at 7:24AM as it was expected to deliver by 6:55AM. It was delivered almost more than half an hour delayed.

The packaging of the product was really pathetic as the polly covers were already broken. The food was totally gone cold and the chutney was already everywhere in polythene the package delivered by the delivery guy was taken care in a bad way.

Tried to speak to the customer care and had a 5-10 minutes chat with the Zomato chat customer care and didn’t get any resolution as they were just unprofessional with their responses.

I tried reaching them again and again but there was no response from them and then i had no option rather to write this complain.

I have even shared all the images of the package and food inside the polythene but still there was no satisfactory response from the customer care.

They just spoiled my money, my hunger, my food, wasted my time and wasted my morning as i ordered that food for my 50 years old uncle who just had a morning wish to have chicken after a long time and this was the experience that i had on this special day.

ZOMATO JUST GAVE ME A WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
