Text of Complaint by SUSHANT MAHAJAN:

This is to certify you that I have ordered the food from Zomato online food ordering app from manjeet chicken restaurant and paid the amount by Paytm for Rs 315. I ordered the food @9.30 pm on 22/09/2019 but my order was not delivered at my home but the status for the order showed as the food was delivered successfully but no order was received.

I called the Delivery person so many times but he didn’t respond to any of my call. Also the restaurant confirms that the order was picked up by the delivery person at 10 pm but he didn’t turned up.

I was very disappointed from the Zomato services as I tried to call the customer support but no one respond from there too. Request you to kindly look into the case and take a strict action against zomato and specially for the Delivery person for this negligence behaviour.
