Yesterday I had ordered Tandoori Chicken. I had some instructions but babbus Plaza did not respond to my call. I had to speak and talk to Zomato delivery boy. Despite telling me, they did not send good chicken grinding or packing well.

My money was wasted Chicken had the stink of onion. I had to throw a complete chicken who would pay for my loss.
You do not have any support numbers in the app. Good service swiggy gives you a call and ask the customer.

I called your assistant, even after telling me from the Babbus Plaza that I was connected to, my instruction was not followed.

Any food packing was not right or there was no quality food, this would be the name of Zomoto, how you added it.

Who will pay for my loss Zomoto or Babbus plaza????
