my order id :1249159006

placed order at 11:24am on 4th may 2019.

 after that i received call from dominos pizza {+918320144581}that restaurant was closed at 11 am ,

 i immediately informed Zomato at 11:29am(4th may) but i got reply at 1 am on 5th may. and they told me that its not zomatos responsibility to deliver your order and restaurants is responsible and they advise me to take action against restaurant. ,

i tried to reach restaurant but now they are not responding. so its my humbel request to take strict action against restaurant and customer care exicutive.

i attached screenshot of chat below.

received call from restaurant at 11:26

i informed zomato at 11:28.,
