Ordered a pure veg brownie from the zomato but got a brownie which contained egg. In the app it showed as pure veg (green symbol). Had even health issues after consuming that non veg thing. Moreover that particular restaurant doesn’t even have a ‘fssai’ license to be listed on the zomato app as per the regulative direction by ‘fssai’. Zomato has completely violated the law and are operating by illegal means.
And there is no helpline available to contact zomato and replies at mail too late. Very worst consumer support.
Though zomato has refunded amount, I expect an appropriate compensation for their unapologetic mistake, mental agony and the inconvenience caused.
