This is to inform you that I have ordered food from the Sandwich king restaurant through the Zomato application on 23rd September 2022. I have applied for a Paytm Coupon for a discount. Coupon Code was PAYTMFEAST. It was successfully placed.
Problem starts when I haven’t received the cashback on paytm Wallet. Several follow ups were done with Customer support executives about the concern. But they disappointed me every single time. ESHA from the support team communicated that cashback will be credited right after the delivery. So I again reached out to her, then she said the amount will be credited in 48 hours. it will not be on an instant basis. So I waited for 48 hours.
So, I am confused about what is going on, the customer support representative is not aware of the policy. So Today is 28th September 2022. Still I haven’t gotten my refund yet. 5 days have passed.
Today I learned an interesting story from another support executive(REBECCA) that the amount will be credited in 7 working days. I mean, is this the process of Zomato?I do not know how they are working and also she said that you need to ask paytm support team because they have given the offer to Zomato.
But why should I reach paytm support? I have ordered food from Zomato. so, it’s totally Zomato’s responsibility to take up the concern. This is such a pathetic experience with Zomato. I am attaching a few screenshots for reference purposes.
I request you to take up this concern as a priority.

Same issue with me today. No cashback has been initiated. Who is responsible for this? I’m never using Paytm for any payments from now on. This is a scam.
