I ordered food from Behrouz Biryani at 9:30 p.m and I couldn’t contact zomato or the restaurant for 2 hours after that. Multiple calls and messages were ignored. Finally I get a call at 11 pm saying that the biryani is out of stock and they can’t deliver it. The order was also prepaid. Zomato still hasn’t replied and a mere refund is not enough to make up for the sheer harassment I faced. I had to starve till 12 am, till I arranged alternate food.
