I am being charged for a delivery that wasn’t done.
I tried contacting the zomato support team and the delivery person but wasn’t able to find a live agent or a working number. I went out and looked for the delivery person on a different Street. After finding him, he still cancelled my order and asked me to re-order.
I tried reaching zomato support but did not get any help on chat or calls. Now i am being charged for cancellation.
