Text of Complaint by Prashant Patel:

I ordered meals worth of 525 rupees. After sometime I called delivery boy who was assigned for my order.

He told me that there was no order received by the restaurant and owner is talking to zomato but nothing is happening. So he advised me to chat with zomato and reinitiate the order.

I cancelled the order and reinitiate it but now zomato says that you would never get a single penny because of penalty. I talked to them in their chat service but nothing fruitful happened.
