Text of Complaint by Sunanda Chatterjee:

A mysterious order was placed on Zomato prepaid using simpl account not confirmed by me. I got to know about the order when I suddenly received phone call from zomato delivery guy and declined the order. I was still charged for it for fraud order not placed by me. Also there was no OTP for confirmation of payment.
