Despite giving correct address details, Zomato canceled my order on their end, without informing me that they were trying to reach me, almost 40 mins after placing and paying for the order because I could not take their calls. Another order was placed via Zomato at the same address after the irresponsible cancellation and the valet delivered it without any callings. Now, they are refusing a refund claiming I was unresponsive, despite having given the clear and correct address details.
