I ordered food from Zomato and after placing order I just want to update order and add few more items in it and they showed me other option on Pop up But they act very smartly and just cancelled the order and even did not refund any money back.
Customer service on chat is very poor..No help no Support and no any solution.
I have given them some option to provide at least the same food which i have ordered but no solution.
They have done fraud for just Rs. 100 so you can imagine how big is company wealth.
In Last Pathetic Service and Poor chat support and no solution just doing fraud with Customers.
May may there are several more people with whom Zomato has done fraud but they have not raise their voices.
If you not provide the refund then at least provide food but did get anything and wasted money in free.
Its better to go on shop by food yourself rather then ordering from Fraud Zomato.
