I ordered on Sunday 11/05/2025(order id :-6868238487) order from the restaurant ala liberty using zomato app but order too much of time then the delivery partner called me asking me to call restaurant regarding the delay and the same but restaurant did not answer my call. Then I tried to talk to customer support and there they said that they are cancelling my order and refund Rs. 200/- but I did not the refund. I have sent an email too raising concern but there is no reason at all.
