Text of Complaint by Karna:

I ordered chicken biryani from millennium restaurant vadodara through zomato via self pickup. When we started eating i noticed a werid smell and the taste was also very bad. The food was stale . I tried contacting zomato. But the agent didnot help me with anything i didnot want my money back all i wanted a replacement of proper food that was also not given . And no proper response was given nor did the resturant pick up my calls either. Really ruined my valentines day . I just asked them two things. Give me coupon so that i could reorder and feed my family but zomato did nothing .
